Return & Exchange Policy

In accordance with Egyptian law, cosmetics and selfcare products cannot be returned nor exchange. However, if your product is damaged, missing, or incorrect, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

for bags and none cosmetics products exchange and refunds are availabe.

To request an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must inform us with a clear photo and the order number to be able to make the refund request for you.


Please note:

  • Exchanges are not accepted for used or unsealed products.
  • Shipping fees will be charged for customers wanting exchange or refunds.
    (100 for orders in Cairo and Giza and 120 for other cities)
  • the customer will recieve the refund amout through instapay/wallet/bank transfers after recieving the item in our premisses.
  • The product, packaging, and packing materials must be in their original, unused condition.

Non-Eligible Products for Exchange:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Items that have been tampered with.
  • Products purchased from any source other than our official website. In such cases, please contact the vendor directly for returns or exchanges.
