Return & Exchange Policy

In accordance with Egyptian law, our products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, if your product is damaged, missing, or incorrect, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

To request an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must inform us with a clear photo or request by the delivery date or within a maximum of 24 hours. Any requests made after this time frame are likely to be declined.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are not accepted for used or unsealed products.
  • Shipping fees will not be charged to customers for exchanges related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • The customer must return the products to the shipping representative within 3 working days.
  • The product, packaging, and packing materials must be in their original, unused condition.

Non-Eligible Products for Exchange:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Items that have been tampered with.
  • Products purchased from any source other than our official website. In such cases, please contact the vendor directly for returns or exchanges.
  • Products that have been mixed with other items after delivery.
